6th AIAMOcamp – Focus on inplementation

The entire project consortium met at the 6th AIAMOcamp from 15 to 16 April at the SWARCO Solution Centre in Berlin. Whilst the previous AIAMOcamp had focused on impact and future prospects, this time the focus was on implementation and transfer into local government practice.

At the outset, the consortium looked to the future: what will mobility look like in cities and regions? What role will data, artificial intelligence and connected systems play in this? During the discussion, it became clear that holistic, integrated and secure solutions are needed to meet short-term requirements – such as new air quality limits – whilst simultaneously enhancing quality of life, environmental protection and the convenience of mobility in the long term.

Feedback from the pilot regions was also incorporated directly into the workshops. The agenda included lessons learnt, customer needs, and requirements for the rollout, implementation and joint market approach.

Between work sessions, discussions and face-to-face meetings, there was a lively exchange of views on rollout strategies, joint value creation and the next steps. The combination of a structured programme, open dialogue and a palpable team spirit provided valuable impetus within the consortium.

The 6th AIAMOcamp made it clear that many of the necessary conditions are already in place. The task now is to ensure that the results can be put to use by cities and regions.

Special thanks to SWARCO for their excellent support and warm hospitality in Berlin!
